What's the story?
Chef Robbi Mills-Sarafinas has been baking for as long as she can remember. Originally used as a channel to simply satisfy her sweet tooth, she quickly fell in love with the creative outlet that it provided. The desire to share her delicious, meticulously designed cookies led her to the creation of Butter Block Cookie Shop.
Prior to undertaking this endeavor, Robbi attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales. She has since been fortunate to work in almost all areas of the industry- from small, independent kitchens to large, mass production facilities. She has worked both front and back of the house, progressing from student to instructor with so many positions in between! All have provided her the necessary tools to launch her small business and share her love of tasty, beautiful sweets with all!

Butter Block Cookie Shop operates out of Alt Kitchen, a shared commercial kitchen space, with licensing through the city of Philadelphia, PA.
