How are your cookies made?
We take great pride in the fact that we hand make all of our cookies from scratch, and by hand, from start to finish.
We hand cut, hand frost, and package each and every cookie with care so that they make their way to their destination as lovingly as possible.
How long do the cookies last?
Can't eat all of your cookies at once? No problem!

Kept in their original packaging, our decorated short dough cookies will remain fresh up to 2 weeks for the best taste.

All of our gourmet drop cookies will remain fresh for 1 week stored in an airtight container.

If you would like to preserve the freshness of your cookies for longer, simply put them in the freezer and take them out to thaw when you're ready to eat!
Do you only offer decorated cookies?
No! We also offer more traditional drop cookies. You can find them here.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A minimum of two weeks notice is best. We tend to book up pretty quickly, especially around holidays! We recommend placing your order as soon as you can to ensure that our calendar is not booked.
How do I place an order?

For custom orders, use the quote inquiry form. Please be as detailed as possible to ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for, and so that we can give you an accurate quote for your order. All requests will be responded to within 24-48 hours.
Can you guarantee color matches for the icing?
Due to variations in computer monitors, colors will sometimes look different.
While we cannot guarantee exact matches for icing colors, we will do our very best to make it as close to your desired color as possible.
How are the cookies packaged?
All of our decorated cookies are individually bagged at no additional cost to you. We use heat-sealed cellophane bags to preserve the quality and freshness of your cookies.
The bags do not include a ribbon or tie closure, offering a clean and streamlined look. All heat sealed bags are then placed into a bakery box, cushioned with Kraft paper.

Our drop cookies are stacked 6 high on a decorative cardboard circle and then heat sealed in a tall bag. If you prefer them to be individually heat sealed, this is available at a cost of $3 per dozen cookies.

If you prefer the look of the bags tied with baker's twine or a colorful ribbon bow, this is available at an additional cost of $6 per dozen cookies.
How do you ship your cookies?
All cookies will ship either Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service or Ground Service via UPS. Delivery time is estimated at 1-3 business days dependent on the shipping zone but ***DELIVERY TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED.***

All cookies are packaged with extra care to prevent breakage while in transit.
We cannot be held responsible for broken cookies once they have left our hands, nor can we be held responsible if a package is shipped out on time but arrives late or is lost en route.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders over $99.
Orders below this will all ship at a flat rate of $9.99.
How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
